Core Return Policy

If your turbocharger purchase includes a core charge, return your qualifying original turbocharger to Virginia Turbochargers within 30 days of receiving your replacement turbocharger to receive a refund of the core charge.

Core Requirements

To qualify for a core refund, your returned turbocharger must:

• Be an original equipment unit that matches the turbocharger purchased.
• Be complete and fully assembled.
• Include the actuator, if applicable.
• Be in rebuild-able condition.

All returned cores are inspected to confirm they meet these requirements. Incomplete, disassembled, non matching, or non-rebuildable cores do not qualify for a full core-charge refund, may be eligible for a partial core credit.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Before shipping your core:

1. Drain any remaining oil.
2. Place the turbocharger in a sealed, sturdy plastic bag to prevent leaks.
3. Pack it securely in a strong box with sufficient padding to prevent movement and shipping damage.
4. Include your name, phone number, and invoice number so we can identify your return.

Core Refunds

We will inspect your core upon arrival and issue your core-charge refund within two business days of receiving a qualifying core. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
