All new and remanufactured items sold by Virginia Turbochargers carry a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects and workmanship only.

What Is Covered

Warranty coverage applies to defects in manufacturing and workmanship in the turbocharger itself.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

Oil starvation or oil contamination.
Foreign-object damage.
Improper installation.
Modifications.
Overspeed.

Warranty coverage does not include installation labor, towing, or any other expense outside of the turbocharger itself.

How to Submit a Warranty Request

Contact us first before submitting your warranty request or sending a turbocharger back. We will provide instructions for the warranty review process.

Please have your invoice number, turbocharger part number, and a description of the issue available when you contact us.

Approved Warranty Claims

If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a replacement turbocharger.
